## Marcus Denning, Principal & Senior Lawyer

Marcus Denning holds a Juris Doctor, a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and has appeared in the County and Magistrates' Courts as well as VCAT. Over the last two decades Marcus has built a diverse commercial background, including tenure as CEO of a national company. That experience lets him represent clients with business acumen as well as legal training. He has practised across commercial law, advocacy, real property, civil litigation, consumer and criminal law.
