Marcus Denning

Principal & Senior Lawyer

Marcus Denning holds a Juris Doctor, a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and has appeared in the County and Magistrates' Courts as well as VCAT. Over the last two decades Marcus has built a diverse commercial background, including tenure as CEO of a national company — real-world experience that lets him represent clients not only as a lawyer but with genuine business acumen. He has practised across commercial law, advocacy, real property, civil litigation, consumer and criminal law.
Michael Kuzilny

Founder & Partner

Michael Kuzilny founded MK Law and has worked in the Victorian justice system since 1986 — more than 30 years of court experience. Widely acknowledged across Victoria's legal community, Michael prides himself on an extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the law, its loopholes and upcoming legislative changes.
